1. About Us

By visiting the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Products bought for a younger rider must be purchased by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the rider's safe use.
3. Products and Information
We try to make sure all product descriptions, specifications, images and prices are accurate. Range, speed and battery-life figures are estimates under ideal conditions and will vary with rider weight, terrain, weather, assist level, tyre pressure and battery age. Colours may look slightly different on your screen. We may change or discontinue products at any time.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) or, where available, in your local currency. Prices shown in a foreign currency are converted at the current exchange rate and your card provider may apply its own conversion fees. Payment is taken in full when you place your order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
5. Orders and Contract
After you place an order you'll receive an email confirming we have received it. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraud.
6. Delivery
Delivery is described in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery; ownership passes to you once we have received full payment. For orders outside the UK you are the importer and are responsible for any import duties, taxes and customs fees.
7. Your Right to Cancel and Returns
If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. We extend this to 30 days. Full details, including conditions and return costs, are in our Refund Policy.
8. Warranty and Faulty Goods
Our products come with the manufacturer's warranty described on our Warranty page. This is in addition to your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (such as tyres, tubes, brake pads, chains and grips), damage from accidents, misuse, improper charging, water immersion, unauthorised repairs or modifications, or commercial/rental use.
9. Safe and Legal Use
You are responsible for using your product safely and legally. In particular:
- E-bikes (UK): to be ridden on public roads without registration, tax or insurance, an electric bike must meet the UK Electrically Assisted Pedal Cycle (EAPC) rules – motor no more than 250W, power assistance cutting out at 15.5 mph, and the rider must be at least 14 years old. Products sold as off-road or higher-powered models may need registration, insurance and a licence, or may be for private land only.
- E-scooters (UK): privately owned e-scooters may currently only be used on private land with the landowner's permission. It is illegal to ride them on public roads, pavements and cycle lanes in the UK.
- Other countries: rules on power, speed, age, helmets, insurance and where you may ride differ by country and region. It is your responsibility to check and follow local laws before buying and riding.
- Always wear a helmet and suitable protective gear, follow the user manual, keep your product maintained, and charge it only with the charger supplied.
Modifying a product to increase its speed or power may make it illegal to ride on public roads, may be unsafe, and will void the warranty.
10. Batteries and Charging
Lithium-ion batteries must be charged and stored according to the manual. Never use a damaged battery, a non-original charger, or leave a battery charging unattended for long periods. Dispose of batteries responsibly at an approved recycling point.
11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Subject to this, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for losses caused by misuse, illegal use or failure to follow the product instructions. Our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the price you paid for that order.
12. Use of the Site
You must not misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the Site, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.
13. Reviews and Comments
Any reviews or comments you submit must be honest and lawful. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unrelated to our products.
14. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
15. Privacy
How we use your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on the Site when you place your order will apply to that order.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of the country where you live, and you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
